Following completion of road improvements to Whiteland Road west of SR 135, Primary Grounds announced their arrangement with the Town of Bargersville to provide landscaping services at no cost to county taxpayers.
As part of the arrangement, Primary Grounds will donate flowers, plants and labor to design, install and maintain the roundabouts on Whiteland Road at the intersection with SR 144 and the intersection with Morgantown Road.
Primary Grounds made the landscape and maintenance offer to the Town of Bargersville when it became apparent that only minimal beautification was planned along the newly widened Whiteland Road project.

I knew we had both the expertise and the equipment to make the Whiteland Road Project an area where people feel good about driving by!” said Scott Rau, President, Primary Grounds.
